Qlife: Partnership status on Hipro Biotechnology
Qlife Holding’s stock is up 9 percent Friday following an announcement Friday morning where Qlife Holding gave an update on its partnership with Chinese based Hipro Biotechnology: According to Qlife Holding, the partnership is developing according to plans and Qlife Holding announced they have achieved their first milestone. As the announcement was categorized ‘non-regulatory’, Qlife Holding probably didn’t receive any milestone payments from Hipro Biotechnology. According to Qlife Holding the partnership has four major parts: integration of the various biomarker assays in the Egoo System, the approval process in China, the sales and distribution plan in China, and the potential future production of Egoo System in China. Qlife Holding highlights that initial data from the first three biomarker tests that were part of the agreement were so good that Qlife Holding and Hipro Biotechnology has decided to increase the number of tests to five to seven going forward. Also, the approval process is going according to plan.
On Monday February 19th you can meet Qlife Holding at an HCA event where CEO Thomas Warthoe will present the annual report for 2023, the upcoming rights issue, and give an update on the partnership with Hibro Biotechnology. You can sign up here: Qlife event
