Today we post our updated one-pager on SKAKO, following its announced agreement with Zefyr Invest to sell SKAKO Concrete for DKK 123m. SKAKO is a Danish industrial machinery developer operating two different business units, SKAKO Concrete and SKAKO Vibrations. It's continuing operations SKAKO Vibrations business develops, designs, and sells vibratory equipment used as industrial production line components.
The One-pager provides valuation perspectives on the deal, looks at the investment case post-sale of SKAKO Concrete, and updates the key investment reasons, key investment risks, and relative valuation against a peer group.
